Description: Bolascore, Supreme, early 1940s (exact date unknown), during WW2 there were several revamps of Evans Ten Strike game, including Supreme Bolascore (Bowlascore), Valley Speciality Bank-A-Ball, and Mike Munves Thunderbolt. Instead of using pins, there was a spinning motorized wheel. The player tried to time their shot to hit a spoke on the wheel with the most points.
